On our second day in Costa Rica, we explored the city of Tamarindo, browsing souvenir shops and making our wish lists. After 30 minutes in the local supermarket, we left with bottles of rum and salsa and plenty of Costa Rican coffee.We stopped for strawberry banana smoothies on our walk back to the hotel, and the paper lanterns and watermelon slices had me all smiles.
