The Ceremony

The ceremony was completely "us" since we wrote it ourselves. To start things off, we had members of our family read passages that we felt had wisdom we could take with us into our marriage (one of them being the lyrics to Bob Dylan's "Forever Young"). For our vows, we combined a little of the traditional with a little of the contemporary. It still makes me laugh to remember Mason vowing to watch reality TV with me while I vowed to support WSU sports with him. It was nice to have a little comic relief in the midst of the very big moment.
