Dinner + Dessert
Well, Mason is back from his business trip, and the plums are still in their bowl on the kitchen table, which means I didn't get around to baking the plum tart just yet - but, I did find time to bake (with the help of my trusty Crockpot) the best mexican chicken pasta for dinner last night and some pretty fantastic baked apples for dessert.
I'm thinking the tart will make a nice Saturday morning breakfast. Don't you?
(I also didn't get around to cleaning the floors, but I did get in some extra one-on-one cuddle time with Cajun, who I think might be a little sick. Looks like a trip to the vet is in store for us this weekend.)
