Can be crossed off the list! Jon and I made the drive down to Texas for Labor Day weekend to hang out with my family one last time together before we have the baby. (I'll be back for a visit next week for my baby shower, but Jon can't make it.) On Sunday night, we sat around a campfire, made s'mores and chatted about all that's been going on lately. Sitting around a campfire has always been one of my favorite ways to spend a night at the lake, and I'm so glad Jon got to experience it for the first time with just us two - before we become a busy, bathing-baby, feeding-baby, putting-baby-to-bed family of three.
