Number 30

Tennessee Titans
Can be crossed off the list! Last weekend we watched the Titans take on the Colts at LP Field in Nashville, and it was a beautiful day to watch some football! Even though our true team is the Dallas Cowboys, it was fun to root for the Titans for a day (we even got Titans hats so we'd fit in). In the end, the Colts pulled out the win, but it was still a lot of fun. We'd love to go to more games in the future!

P.S. - One of my favorite parts of watching NFL and NCAA football games live is being able to see the cheerleaders do their cheers and routines - I just love them! And since this Titans game was the week before Halloween, the cheerleaders changed out of their uniforms and into Halloween costumes after the start of the game. It was a fun, festive little twist on things, and they all looked gorgeous, as usual!

Canoes & Big News

I wish I could say the photos above are from this weekend, but they're not - they're from last weekend (and I'm a lazy, lazy blogger these days). Last Saturday, we went canoeing on the Red River, and it was a blast. These shots were taken at the campground before those fun buses brought us down to the river and our canoes. (I was too much of a chicken to bring my phone in the canoe - I'm not that coordinated.) We mostly floated, ate, swam and soaked up the sun for six hours, and it was really nice. I'd highly recommend it if you're ever in the Clarksville, TN area.

But fun weekend canoe trips aside, I've got BIG NEWS to share with you guys today! I GOT A NEW JOB! A JOB THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE A 2-HOUR COMMUTE! Sorry - I thought those two sentences deserved the caps, and yes, I am THRILLED. Thrilled, I tell ya. Not only will I get to WORK FROM HOME, but I'll also be working with one of my favorite people in the world -  my sister! Needless to say, it was the perfect opportunity at the perfect time, and my thankfulness overflows. I seriously can't wait to get started. (Yay!)
